Very comfortable experience there. Private parking on-site provided. Great pool area too. Good and fantastic location for Auburn, adjacent to Grass Valley, the mountains, and Truckee. Also, in the middle of jackson.

The hotel offers lovely mountain views and clean, spacious rooms. Friendly staff and a great breakfast add to the experience. The parking isn’t free, which is misleading, and the bathroom privacy could use improvement with its slider door. A solid choice for a getaway.

Just a perfect match for a quick stop in Auburn with excellent value. The coffee maker was on a high counter, a bit inconvenient. Check if the parking cost fits your budget before arrival.

Couples looking for comfort
The staff was really good, especially Amer who lent us his personal iPhone charger when we forgot ours. And the breakfast? Wow, it was served with such care, way better than any usual chaotic hotel buffet.
It wasn't exactly a bargain but still acceptable for the quality we got.

Clean rooms, nice views, and spacious layout. Noise from the hallway easily disrupts sleep. Great bike rental service nearby.

Had a lovely spacious suite with a cozy king bed and a nice lounge area. The USB ports were a lifesaver for my gadgets! The bathroom reminded me of a mini spa with loads of room.
But I nearly lost my marbles when I found out the parking wasn't free-hello, hidden fees! Next time, I'll just bring my own parking space.

The room was very clean and the staff was incredibly friendly, making my stay enjoyable right from the start. I really loved relaxing in the outdoor swimming pool and the cozy leisure room—they were perfect spots to unwind.
